Student-athletes can and do study abroad. Find out what you need to know to get started!

UI Study Abroad will host an information session for UI student-athletes on Sunday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. at the Gerdin Athletic Learning Center.

Many student-athletes dismiss study abroad as an option during their undergraduate career. In this session, Study Abroad and representatives from UI Student-Athlete Academic Services will discuss how students have made study abroad work with their athletic pursuits at the UI in the past, and how to get started on your own journey abroad.

This event is co-sponsored by Study Abroad within UI International Programs, and UI Student-Athlete Academic Services.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa-sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact Sarah McNitt in advance at 319-335-0353 or sarah-mcnitt@uiowa.edu
