Service-learning in Mexico: Learning Abroad over Spring Break promotional image

The College of Public Health is pleased to announce the return of our global service-learning course in Xicotepec, Mexico! Come learn more about this affordable study abroad opportunity.

This 3-credit-hour class is offered each spring semester and includes on-campus, weekly classes, plus a trip to Xicotepec, Mexico, for a service-learning project during March break. The Spring 2023 public health section will be led by Dr. Paul Gilbert. Students must complete an application process before being approved to register and space is limited! Undergraduate, masters, and doctoral-level students are welcome to apply and participate. More information available at cph.uiowa.edu/xico.
