The information presented on the UI Passport Office website was very useful. From location and hours to how to make an appointment, it was all right there.

Having the office on campus saved me from having to travel to the post office.

3. Great location 

The location in the University Capitol Centre (UCC) made it easy for me and my five kids to get to, and the UCC provided ample parking in the Capitol Street Ramp. 

4. Smooth process 

It was easy to get an appointment, the paperwork was online, and the passport office staff took care of all the processing for us.
