
Learn about an amazing opportunity to travel to Greece with associate professor of counselor education and supervision in the Department of Rehabilitation and Counselor Education Gerta Bardhoshi on her faculty-led course Greece: Origins of Humanistic Counseling.

Study the origins of humanistic psychotherapy through an experiential exploration of the history and topography of Greece. Including readings, reflections, and on-site lectures, the course will give students a deeper understanding of the culture in which humanism originated, the unique environmental factors that promote a humanistic worldview, and the evolution of humanistic theory.
