2022 Iowa Chinese Teaching and Research Symposium promotional image

In order to provide a platform for Iowa Chinese educators to exchange K-16 Chinese teaching and research products and perspectives, and to facilitate academic dialog between secondary and college educators, the Chinese Program at the University of Iowa will hold the 2022 IOWA Chinese Teaching and Research Symposium on April 23 (Saturday, 8:30 am – 8:30 pm) at UCC 1117, the University of Iowa

The theme of the symposium is Research-Based Classroom Instruction. The symposium will feature invited plenary speeches, research panels, a teaching-methods showcase, professional development workshops, and a roundtable discussion. All Chinese educators in the state of Iowa are invited to submit proposals for panels, workshops, and the teaching-methods showcase. All topics relevant to the conference theme are welcome.
