Join Life in Iowa and International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) for a fun, interactive workshop on financial planning. Through group activities and discussion, you'll explore potential expenses throughout your Iowa journey and learn strategies for budgeting, planning ahead, and making informed financial decisions. This workshop will help you build financial confidence for the future.

Food will be provided. Please register by September 16, 2026.

The event is sponsored by Life in Iowa and the Graduate College and co-sponsored by the Graduate & Professional Student Government (GPSG) and the Graduate Student Senate (GSS).

Life in Iowa is a program designed to assist international students in adjusting to life and the academic system here at the University of Iowa. It includes cultural events and academic sessions, as well as a career series.
