Did you know over 1,200 UI students studied abroad last year in 79 different countries?  Have you considered studying abroad but aren’t sure where to begin? Study Abroad in International Programs invites all UI students to discover global education opportunities during the annual study abroad fair Tuesday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the second floor of the University Capitol Centre. Learn about opportunities to study, work, volunteer, and intern abroad in nearly any geographic area of the world!

You'll learn about short-term and faculty-led study abroad programs all over the world, which allow you to receive academic credit while advancing your UI degree and exploring other cultures. Stop by at any time from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second floor of the University Capitol Centre on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. Whether you're interested in studying, working, interning or volunteering, you'll get the chance to talk to study abroad advisors, faculty program directors, and even former student participants.

Students on the six-week summer Irish Writing Program program have the extraordinary opportunity not only to study the history and culture of Ireland through its literature, but also to begin the discovery of their own identities as writers.
