I am a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterologist at the University of Iowa, with medical training at the University of Jordan and postgraduate training in pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology at the University of Iowa. My academic work spans the United States and Jordan, with a focus on global health education, pediatric nutrition and feeding disorders, and medical education. I am actively involved in global health teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development and collaborate with other global health network members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
