William C. Hunter is the Henry Tippie Dean Emeritus and Professor of Finance, Tippie College of Business. Hunter has co-authored more that 80 scholarly research papers and is the co-editor of 11 books in finance and economics. He is the U.S. Treasury Advisor to Eastern and Central Europe, consultant to central banks and official agencies in Asia, Europe, and South America, and board member of Wellmark, Inc. (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa and South Dakota). Hunter holds an MBA in Finance and PhD in Finance and Environment from Northwestern University.
