Hawkeye Abroad Creators capture and share their study abroad journey through photos, videos, and other social media content. This includes showcasing what it is like to study and live in another country, capturing cultural experiences, daily activities, and other things that give insight into the benefits of studying abroad.

Hawkeye Abroad Creators work closely with International Programs’ social media manager to curate content that not only serves as a record of their experience but also inspires other Hawkeyes to go abroad.

Hawkeye Abroad Creators receive a stipend of $250.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate, full-time, degree-seeking UI student in good academic and disciplinary standing
• Plan to participate in an approved study abroad program during the spring 2026 session that is at least 5 weeks in length
