These templates are provided as guidelines. In many cases, the proposed partner institution may prefer to work from their own template. In this situation, it is very important to submit the draft document to International Programs for review to ensure UI legal and other concerns are met.
Student Exchange Agreements
UI faculty who are interested in establishing a new exchange agreement/program for the UI must first complete the “Preliminary Proposal for Student Exchange Program” form, which must be signed by your DEO and then routed to the Study Abroad Office for review.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
UI faculty who would like to initiate a new Memorandum of Understanding for the UI must first complete the “Memorandum of Understanding Proposal Form” which must be sent to the associate provost and dean of International Programs for review/approval before proceeding.
