University rules in regard to food purchases are fairly complex. If you plan on serving food at an event, please contact the Events Coordinator before you make any arrangements.
Accounts Payable no longer requires for you to have a sign in list for food related charges. A simple headcount will suffice. Of course you can still use the attendance sheet as a tool to monitor the attendance at your events.
For ALL events where alcohol will be served (e.g. reception at a conference, meals with participants as part of a conference/event), you will need to request prior authorization from the International Programs’ Dean Downing Thomas.
