School for International Training (SIT) offers a number of Study Abroad programs in a variety of locations. SIT awards the Big 10 Alliance Scholarship to students based on demonstrated financial need. Students must complete an SIT scholarship application for consideration. Demonstrated need is determined by SIT Scholarship Committee's review of FAFSA data and transferable aid. In addition, a Pell Grant Match may be available to students who receive a federal Pell Grant.

Deadlines

SIT scholarship deadlines are consistent with the Study Abroad program application dates:

  • May 15 for fall programs
  • November 1 for spring programs
