Would you like to teach English, study, or do research abroad for an academic year at no cost? Are you interested in applying for a Fulbright this year or in future years, but haven’t been able to attend our events so far? Join Fulbright Program officers and UI Fulbright Advisor Karen Wachsmuth to learn more about how to start preparing for the Fulbright grant at a group presentation session for U.S. students on Monday, February 21, 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. (CST), via Zoom. 

All undergraduate, graduate students, and alumni are welcome (U.S. citizens only).

This session will include: 

  • the basics of the grant
  • how to get started on preparing for a Fulbright application this year or for future years
  • how to set up the tools to work on the essays and online application

Following the program overview, you will enter a breakout room with your Fulbright program adviser(s) to learn more about applying through the University of Iowa.
