Fulbright Scholar Program Information Session

Please join International Programs for a discussion about the Fulbright Scholar Program, a U.S. government-sponsored program that offers short- and long-term research and/or teaching grants for college and university faculty members at all career stages.

Aferdita Krasniqi, outreach and recruitment specialist at the Institute for International Education (IIE), will provide information on the Fulbright Scholar application process for interested faculty.

Aferdita Krasniqi oversees the Fulbright Scholar Alumni Ambassador Program, leads initiatives with Fulbright Scholar Liaisons on U.S. campuses, and serves as the lead for the Europe and Eurasia region. Before joining IIE in 2017, Krasniqi spent 17 years as a cultural exchanges advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo. She holds a BA in English language and literature and is proficient in Albanian (her native language) and fluent in Serbian. With a deep commitment to fostering connections between people, Krasniqi is celebrating her 24th year of dedicated service to the Fulbright Program this year.
