The Irish Writing Program is a rigorous creative writing study abroad program requiring  talent, commitment, and discipline. Its goal is to help aspiring writers become better at their craft. The program offers six semester hours of credit and has two components: writing workshops and an interdisciplinary Irish literature and culture course.

Come and learn about this fantastic opportunity to enrich your writing skills in the heart of Dublin!

Both University of Iowa students and non-UI students are welcome to apply.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa-sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact Cory Petersen in advance at cory-petersen@uiowa.edu or 319-335-0353.
