Taiji, also known as tai chi or tai qui, is a mind-body practice known for increasing flexibility, relaxation, and overall health. In this course, students will learn fundamental Taiji movements: Ward-off, Roll Back, Press and Push in a Four Hands form.
Tuition for the class is $60 for five sessions. Enrollment is open to persons ages 14 and up; however persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (the adult does not need to participate). All participants must sign a waiver as this course involves physical movement.
Beginners are welcome! Remember to wear loose, comfortable clothing and light, flat shoes.
