Want to learn more about traditional Japanese culture? Join the UI Center for Asian and Pacific Studies Program and the Japanese Program as they host their first Japanese culture festival (文化祭 bunkasai) on Thursday, November 10, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in 1117 University Capitol Centre. 

This event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.

Exhibits will include an okonomiyaki (savory cabbage pancake from Osaka) stand, origami station, calligraphy stand, and a cosplay/makeup & photography booth.  

This event is co-sponsored by the Center for Asian and Pacific Studies Program, International Programs, and the Anime, Comics & Games Association.
