Fall 2013 'India Through Film' series begins Sept. 3

Indian films

The public is invited to attend weekly screenings of Indian films this fall beginning Tuesday, Sept. 3, and continuing each Tuesday through Dec. 10, with the exception of Thanksgiving week. All screenings will begin at 6:30 p.m. in 109 English Philosophy Building on the UI campus. Screenings are free and open to the public.

This “India Through Film” series is being offered as part of the course Asian Humanities: India at the University of Iowa. Because these screenings are part of a class, if you choose to attend please come on time, turn off all electronic devices, and do not converse with friends or otherwise disturb the screening.
