Celebrate the 2015 Chinese Moon Festival, Oct. 2

What better way to kick off the weekend than with a little traditional Chinese culture? Join us for a night of beautiful Chinese folk songs, classic excerpts from Beijing Opera and Sichuan Opera, a Chinese magician and more as the Confucius Institute presents “Amazing China”!

The event, in celebration of the 2015 Chinese Moon Festival, will feature outstanding performances from Binghamton University faculty, the National Academy of Chinese Theater Arts faculty, as well as guest artists from the New York Chinese Traditional Art Center.

The fun goes from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on October 2, and will take place at the Coralville Performing Arts Center (1301 5th Street, Coralville, IA. 52241.) All ages are welcome and admission is free.
