Food at Events
University rules in regard to food purchases are fairly complex. If you plan on serving food at an event, please contact the Events Coordinator before you make any arrangements.
A complete attendance sheet is required for ALL food related charges.
For ALL events where alcohol will be served (e.g. reception at a conference, meals with participants as part of a conference/event), you will need to request prior authorization from the International Programs’ Dean Bill Reisinger.
