Sharing your Stories
There are many opportunities for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers to share their experiences in Iowa City and Eastern Iowa. The UI Peace Corps Representative seeks volunteers to:
- share their experiences at monthly information sessions and on panels
- staff Peace Corps information tables at various events
- speak with individual applicants preparing for service
- attend send-off parties to congratulate and support soon-to-be volunteers
Please email the UI Peace Corps representative at peacecorps@uiowa.edu to introduce yourself and let her know with what activities you are willing to be involved.
