Study Abroad offers a limited number of need-based grants to study abroad program participants.  Most will be between $500 and $3500 depending on duration of study and relative need.

To be eligible for a need-based grant, a student must:

1. Be enrolled in a degree program at the University of Iowa
2. Be in good academic standing, and
3. Qualify for some form of financial aid as verified by the Office of Student Financial Aid.  Grants are awarded on the basis of relative need.
