Make sure to contact Mary Paterson in IP Accounting (319-335-1441 or mary-paterson@uiowa.edu [1]) if other departments make monetary commitments to your event so she can set up the transfer to an IP MFK. We will also need a confirmation by e-mail from the contributing party so there are no disputes afterwards. Make sure to notify the Events & Project Specialist [2] of those commitments as well.
