The 8th-annual Iowa City Russian Guitar Festival (IARGUS) will feature a lineup of artists from around the world on May 1-4, 2014. Admission for each concert is $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors, with festival passes available for $50 for adults, $35 for seniors, and $25 for students.
