Request Copies of Documents
Former international students and scholars may request copies of their immigration documents through the submission of a Request Copies of Documents form. Request for copies of documents are to be faxed to ISSS or e-mailed to isss@uiowa.edu. Please be aware that it may take time for us to search for your documents. If we are able to locate copies, we will send them to you at your current address by regular mail.
This request form is NOT meant to be used by current international students and scholars. If you have lost your document, please contact ISSS.
