Windstar FNTR (Foreign National Tax Resource) Tax Software is a web-based tax return preparation software program designed to assist international students and scholars in preparing U.S. federal income tax forms 1040NR and 1040NR-EZ.

Free access to Windstar is now available to current international students (F-1, J-1, or M-1) and scholars (J-1) and those who were present at the University of Iowa during the 2011 tax year.
