Grants Workshops

The International Programs Grants Office offers several workshops on procuring travel and research grants and crafting successful research proposals during the academic year. These include:

  • Fulbright Informational Workshop (Spring)
  • Small discipline-specific grants workshops: by request

Mini-workshops on Request

A new series tailored to small groups of students, with sessions offered by arrangement, in the IP Grants Resource Center 1111J UCC, or in a classroom in your department. Email ip-grants@uiowa.edu if you wish to arrange one of these and let us know what you want to learn.

The Fulbright Competition

The 2009-2010 Fulbright Fellowship campus deadline for next year's competition will be September 17, 2008.

International Programs Grants Resource Center

The IP Grants Office administers the International Programs Grants Resource Center, located in 1111J UCC. The IP Grants Resource Center furnishes a centralized location for faculty and graduate students to search for and identify funding for study and research that has an international focus. The GRC houses printed resources to assist scholars in locating appropriate grants, scholarships, and fellowships to support their projects.
