The Czech Connection is a student org that is solely dedicated to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the former Czechoslovakia.

Tuesday, February 7th - Crash Course in Czech Language and Current Events
 
Tuesday, February 21st - Travel Tips and a representative from the Office of Study Abroad
 
Monday, February 27th - Cultural Night (ie movie clips, board games, music)
 
Tuesday, March 6th - Presentation on Slovakia by Ivana Takacova, Teaching Assistant of the Russian Department
 
Tuesday, March 20th - St. Joseph's Day Celebration and pot luck
 
Tuesday, April 3rd - Traditional Easter egg painting activity
 
Monday, April 9th - Cultural Night (ie movie clips, board games, music)
 
Tuesday, April 17th - Rehearsal for Kapustnik (Cabbage Festival) and Contemporary Czech music presentation
 
Tuesday, May 1st - Walking tour of Czech heritage sites in Iowa City
