Serving in more than 70 countries, Peace Corps Volunteers live, learn, and work with a community for 27 months. Attend a Peace Corps Information Session to hear returned volunteers' stories, see a video highlighting volunteers in service, find out about the application process and the benefits of Peace Corps service, including paid living expenses, full health/dental coverage, graduate school programs with credit/financial assistance, a $7,425 allowance upon completion and valuable international development/cross–cultural skills.  Visit www.peacecorps.gov for more information.

This session is open to all majors: If you do not have teaching certification, there are other ways to qualify for English, Math and Science teaching positions. Education volunteers are placed in a variety of positions including: secondary English teaching, secondary math or science teaching, primary and secondary teacher training; special education teacher training and university English teaching.
