Emphasis in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies (REEES)

Students at the University of Iowa have the opportunity to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with emphasis in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies (REEES). This degree prepares students well for jobs in government, international organizations and the private sector. In all three of these sectors, a sharp demand exists for those who can speak a language of the region and who understand the history and culture of these societies.
