The UI Center for Human Rights Rex Honey internship program exists to give University of Iowa students the opportunity to be directly involved in human rights-related education on campus, in the Iowa City community, and around the state. Our interns are an integral part of the staff; they plan and promote events, propose new and innovative event ideas, and assist with routine operational projects such as website maintenance. They are the major driving force behind many of our events and programs, such as the Careers for Change Lecture Series and Know Your Rights presentations.
